MEDICAL/DENTAL/LIFE/AD&D

Eligible 1st of the month following 3 months of employment. Medical and dental is contributory (employee must contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis, via payroll deductions, to the cost of the insurance). Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance are free to the employee. The Bank offers a traditional PPO, a HCA PPO and a HMO.

401-K/PROFIT SHARING

Eligible 1st of the month following 6 months of service. The 401-K is a voluntary benefit and the Bank has a co-match policy on employee contributions. You gain 100% vesting in the 401-K bank match after 2 years of employment. You are automatically enrolled in the Profit Sharing when you enroll in the 401-K. You must be employed by the Bank for 6 years to become 100% vested in the Profit Sharing Account.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

Eligible 1st of the month following 3 months of employment. Allows employees to pay for medical and dental expenses not covered under the traditional insurance with tax free dollars.
